Position Overview:

The Remote Site Catering Assistant supports the daily operations of the catering team at remote locations. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and supporting the catering staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the catering team in serving meals and attending to client needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Catering Manager or Chef.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a catering or food service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and work schedules.
