Position Overview: The Remote Site Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations at remote locations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality food service, maintaining hygiene standards, and meeting the dietary needs of clients. The Catering Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily catering operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and train catering staff, including chefs, assistants, and servers.
• Develop and maintain menus that meet client preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

• Proven experience in catering management, preferably in remote resources, defence or other challenging environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
